Profhilo is an anti-ageing treatment made from hyaluronic acid for skin that is losing its elasticity and firmness with age. Although it is made from hyaluronic acid, its structure is completely different to that of a dermal filler. Its job is to smooth and remodel the skin over a wider surface area. It is recommended for clients over 30 who are uncomfortable with their skin laxity, crepe like skin or other physical signs of ageing. It is used to bring out any folds, tighten loose skin or hydrate the skin. The areas it can be used on are: hands, face, neck, arms, knees and chest. The substance is injected just below the skin’s surface in just 2 sessions over a period of 4 weeks and disperses quickly across the skin to instantly boost hydration, consequently smoothing fine lines and wrinkles, resulting in improved skin texture.
